Yoga in Peace: YOGA RETREAT

Please join yoga teachers Astrid Kastenberg and Gail Oliver for an inspiring, magical yoga vacation.

Join us for this weekend retreat at Mt. Calvary Monastery and retreat House. Dramatically located on a ridge 1250 feet above Santa Barbara with a commanding view of the seacoast and Pacific Ocean. The Large Spanish retreat style house surrounded by beautiful grounds is a spectacular location to experience yoga on a deeper level and reconnect with yourself.

RETREAT INTENTION
Create a relaxing and sacred space where we can meditate, practice yoga and commune with others in nature. Use the energy of group consciousness to give us inner strength, joy and laughter.
You will leave armed with:
+ Tools for peace, survival and happiness that you can easily access daily
+ Solutions and options for moments of uncertainty and fear
+ a refreshed and restored soul that will help you make it through the holidays, finish out the year, and feel ready to take on a new year.

DATES: December 15, 16, 17, 2006
                 Arrivals between 3:00-4:00pm on Friday, departing at 2:00pm
                  on Sunday

LOCATION: Mt. Calvary Retreat House

COST: $395.00
Retreat package includes accomodations, food and all materials for activities.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: $125.00
In order to guranteed your space, your deposit must be recieved by
November 6, 2006

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment will be due November 20, 2006.

CANCELLATIONS: If you make a deposit or full payment and need to cancel, you will receive a refund, less a $25.00 service charge, if you cancel on or before November 20th. After November 20th, no refunds will be available.

RETREAT IS LIMITED TO ONLY 20 PARTICIPANTS Availability is based on first come first serve basis.
