Mantra helps to create a lighter clearer you.
It is beneficial to clear the heart center before doing any mantra. Learn it by "heart" and you can use it anywhere doing times of difficulty. Create your own harmony and feel the peace rush over you. This mantra comes from Tibetan Buddhism and is said to calm the heart. Sit in a comfortable cross leg seat or on a chair. Place hands in lap. If you are a woman, the right hand is on top of left. If you are a man the left hand sits on top of the right. Repeat 9 times or any increment of 9.

LEARN THE MOOLA MANTRA IN 2010!
I have been inspired to sing and learn this mantra by the Tarzana Oneness Center. During the Deeksha Blessings on Wednesday evenings, this mantra is played. Deva Premal has made a beautiful recording that she has dedicated to the Avatars that created it. Available on her cd titled: Deva Premal Sings the Moola Mantra.
"The Moola Mantra (Moola-root) is inspired by the vision of Avatars Sri Ghagavan and Sri Amma. Their vision of oneness is a Oneness which honors all spiritual paths, religions, creeds and traditions." Deva Premal

To use this mantra for the planet, chant it as you see the Earth releasing the gunk humanity has created into the consuming energy of sunlight. The energy of sunlight cleanses the aura of the Earth every day. By our conscious efforts, we are quickening and concentrating this process.
