Once you have indicated the various fields that correspond to the statements that apply to you, you have a good picture of the condition of your seven chakras.
Based on the number and the distribution of the fields you have marked, you can clearly recognize which chakras currently have the greatest influence in your life and which are underdeveloped ( the blank fields) and hinder the unfolding of your full potential.
To obtain an even better picture go back over these statements once again. For those you answered NO, mark the field in the chakra with a black circle.
You will find just because you did not say yes to some statements does not mean that you have to say no to them.
Repeat this Chakra test in a few weeks. This will let you establish which Chakras have changed over time, which are stable, and where possible blockages have been dissolved.
The SACRAL Chakra
Location: Four inches below the belly button, on the front fo the body; pelvic area
Element: Water
Key phrase: Self-gratification
Key Word: Manipulation
Color: Orange
Gland: Gonads
Body Parts: Pelvis, genitals, reproductive system, lower abdomen, hips, sacral vertebrae, bladder and kidneys.
When out of balance: Mentrual problems, infertility, vaginal infections, cysts, tumours and cancer in reproductive system. Impotency, prostate problems, lower back pain, sexual diseases, bladder/kidney, PID, urinary problems, herpes, slipped discs, hip pain and sciatica.
The sacral chakra is concerned with balancing the two fundamental energies yin and yang (masculine/feminine). This polarity allows us to move, hence the hips are associated with movement. Has to do with how "satified" we are with our lives and how we go about to get what we want. Are we manipulating with money, sex or association?

The ROOT Chakra
Location: Base of the Spine

Key word: Grounded
Color: Red
Gland: The Adrenals
Body Parts: feet, legs, knees, lower back, anus, hamstrings

Primal instincts for survival and self-preservation are felt. Energy will gather here when you feel threatened or have fear that is real or imagined. Fear of security, annihilation and groundedness. It is important to have this energy center open and balanced because the other six Chakras ride on top of this one. This chakra is also known as the base Chakra for this reason.
WAYS TO BALANCE

Walk barefoot in the dirt, sand, grass and earth
Sit on the ground out of chairs as much as possible
Wear the color red
